Hello fellow citizens, friends   In the 76 th   year of our Republic, I have created my blog “quiver full of arrows” in a humble attempt to reach out to everyone through social media on a wider platform. Up until now I was not an avid fan of social media, but one has to adapt to the needs of the hour. The blog is also an endeavour to reach out with my work to a larger circle.   As an average citizen, I will write about my interactions with the various government authorities at different levels and their replies or silence. Also my personal views on the political scenario, the administrative & enforcement agencies, findings / analysis on information received through applications under RTI Act 2005, etc.   My journey on becoming more empowered as a citizen started 30 years ago with dharnas, andolans, agitations, etc. My methods have evolved over time.
